Full Refunds, exchanges, or repairs will be issued for any item that was defective at the time it was received by the customer. The customer must report the defect within 72 hours of receiving the item. The customer must return the item to our facility to receive a full refund,exchange, or repair. Geo’s Glass will pay for return shipping and, in the case of an exchange or repair, will also pay for the reshipment of the item to the customer. Geo’s Glass reserves the right to repair instead of replace or exchange a defective item.
All refunds must be refunded to the method of payment that was used for the original purchase. If a customer starts a credit card dispute instead of using our refund process then we will not be able to refund the customer until that dispute has been finalized.
